美國總統當選人川普已邀請科技業領袖十四日在紐約見面，屆時矽谷將與這位科技業先前猛烈抨擊的準總統，開始建立關係。

外電報導，甲骨文公司（Oracle）表示，該公司執行長卡茲（Safra Catz）將與會，思科執行長羅賓斯（Chuck Robbins）也計畫前往。川普在勝選後，上月已和眾多企業領袖與政治人物會面，當時卡茲也有參與。知名創業投資家提爾（Peter Thiel）、川普的幕僚長蒲博思以及川普女婿庫許納署名的邀請函副本顯示，這場會議預定美東時間十四日下午二時舉行，議程則還沒確定。

過去和美國總統歐巴馬擁有良好關係的科技領袖們，今年總統大選期間常與川普意見不和，擔心川普在移民、貿易上的立場，也對川普挑出個別公司批評其招聘與製造議題的做法憂心不已。

若川普和其顧問實現在選舉期間的說法，限制發放簽證給外國科技勞工，偏好美國製造、而非仰賴全球供應鏈，並淡化網路中立性原則，蘋果、Google母公司字母、微軟和網飛（Netflix）等大型科技業者的競爭力可能減弱。不過，這些企業中的一些公司，也將受惠於川普降低針對海外獲利所課徵稅率的政策。
